Glenn McConnell

Glenn McConnell is a Security and Risk Manager at Spearmint Energy. He brings over 14 years of experience in the renewable energy sector.  With a background rooted in technology infrastructure and operational optimization, Glenn has built a career at the intersection of innovation.  Prior to joining Spearmint, he led the development and management of high-performing teams tasked with secure and compliant technology operations for utility-scale solar, wind, and battery energy storage (BESS) assets. Earlier in his career, he delivered critical initiatives for one of the largest operations and maintenance providers in the U.S., including the successful launch of the first NERC-registered Medium Impact Control Center in the renewable energy industry.
