Dhruv has successfully led high-impact projects through PJM, NYISO, ERCOT, and CAISO, and is skilled in structuring PPAs and navigating regulatory frameworks. He holds a B.E. in electrical engineering from Gujarat Technological University, a M.Sc. in electrical engineering and a PMP certification from the University of South Florida.
