Debra Edelman

Debra Edelman is an Associate General Counsel at Spearmint Energy. She brings over six years of corporate and finance experience, including experience representing lenders and borrowers in a wide array of domestic and cross-border financings. Debra has worked in several large, global law firms including the New York offices of Cahill Gordon and Gibson Dunn. In addition, Debra brings experience in handling employment matters. Debra is a graduate of Brandeis University and Fordham University School of law and is admitted to practice in New York and Florida.
