Michael Ratliff

Michael Ratliff is a Manager of Regulatory and Legislative Affairs at Spearmint Energy. He has more than a decade of experience delivering communications and public relations strategy to clients in legal and professional services firms, including extensive experience supporting government advocacy teams at the state and federal level. Michael holds a M.A. in Public Policy from the University of Chicago, where he specialized in energy and environmental policy, and a B.A. from DePauw University.
