Daniel Cross

Dan Cross is a Senior Director of EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) at Spearmint Energy. Dan is a skilled construction professional with four decades of construction experience including nearly two decades leading renewable energy project design and construction.  Prior to joining Spearmint, Dan completed more than a dozen green energy projects (wind, solar, and hybrid projects (solar/BESS)), including the largest solar plus storage project in the US.  He has a B.S. in Civil Engineering (Structural) from the University of Minnesota, an M.S. in Structural Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, and is a registered Professional Civil Engineer (MN).  Early in his career, Dan served eight years on active duty with the Navy’s Civil Engineer Corps and closed out his career serving twelve years in the Naval Reserve.
